With over three decades of martial arts expertise and the mentorship of thousands of students, Jason Cronan stands as a beacon of martial prowess and holistic wellness. Armed with a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and versatile training across disciplines such as Kyo Shin Karate, Valetodo, Mauy Thai, Isshin Ryu, and V arnis Jitsu. Jason's journey embodies the epitome of a well-rounded martial artist. Coupled with a Master's degree in exercise science and a passion for motivational speaking, Jason's wellness programs have transformed the lives of over a thousand clients, guiding them towards optimal well-being. As the founder of S.P.A.R. Martial Arts in Murfreesboro, TN, and the visionary behind BodyXpress Wellness Solutions, Jason empowers professionals, entrepreneurs, and corporations to align their lives and careers for success. His philosophy, "one should live life to the fullest," and his belief that "your body is your business" resonate through every aspect of his teachings and endeavors.
Mike Eley
Martial Arts Coach
Sensei Mike began studying martial arts in 1986 with TaeKwonDo. This began a life long passion that lead to the study of Okinawan Kempo, as well as Chinese Kempo, kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing, and mixed martial arts. In 2005 Sensei Mike opened “The Rising Sun Dojo” which would later become “Iron Fist Dojo”. In 2008 he served as TN director for the World Traditional Karate Association. Also in 2008 he founded FIST FC, an MMA & Kickboxing promotion, while also working as a match maker for Heavy Hitters promotion. In 2009 Sensei Mike created the MMA focused reality TV show “Underdogs” for WNAB and executive produced 18 episodes. In 2011 through FIST FC he promoted the first two ISKA state titles in Tennessee for Muay Thai. Sensei Mike currently works as a tournament promoter and representitive for the International Kickboxing Federation focused on growing the sport of semi-contact kickboxing.
